Peptides for Inflammation
Peptides for inflammation based on current research are BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, or GHK-Cu.
BPC-157 is the leading candidate for the best peptide for inflammation out of this list but hasn’t been fully proven in human trials.

What Are the Best Peptides for Inflammation?
BPC-157 has the largest preclinical research footprint, with animal studies reporting reduced inflammation and tissue damage across gastrointestinal and injury models.
TB-500 is a synthetic peptide related to thymosin beta-4, which has been studied for its role in inflammation and tissue repair. KPV, a three-amino-acid peptide, has shown anti-inflammatory effects in preclinical models, including experimental colitis.
GHK-Cu has also demonstrated anti-inflammatory activity in laboratory research, particularly through its effects on inflammatory signaling and gene expression.
These peptides remain experimental and the evidence for treating inflammation in humans is limited.

Do These Peptides Work?
In animals, yes, BPC-157 works and the results have been consistent. In humans, nobody knows. BPC-157 protected tissue across dozens of rodent models.
It made it to human trials that were never finished. No peptide on this page has a published human anti-inflammatory result.

| Finding | Model |
|---|---|
| BPC-157 reduced damage in inflammation models | Hundreds of rodent studies |
| Human IBD trials started as PL 14736 | Never completed to approval |
| KPV reduced colitis markers | Mouse studies |
| Published human anti-inflammatory results | None for any compound here |
What this evidence does not cover
Chronic inflammation is a symptom, and it has medical causes behind it. Nothing here is FDA approved to treat it. Steady results in rodents are not human proof, and BPC-157’s own stalled trials show the gap. Research vials are not supplements and using a peptide on yourself can be dangerous unless it is a prescription from a license physician.

What Does BPC-157 Cost?
BPC-157 runs $30 to $60 for a 5 to 10mg vial, or a few dollars per mg.
Prices below that range is usually a red flag. Some vendors will sell underfilled or untested research compounds to shave costs.
